HIGHTEMP’s Vacuum Washing Machine is a vacuum-closed degreasing cleaning system that uses non-polluting hydrocarbons to achieve high cleaning quality. This can remove the oils after quenching.
This vacuum degreasing system delivers high-quality cleaning, easy maintenance, and safety for thermal treatment. It uses nonpolluting hydrocarbons with excellent solvent performance for metal machining oil, optimizing their properties.

One can choose between QVC (Quick Vacuum Cleaning) or a continuous shower mode with adjustable timing.
The tray, measuring 48" x 36" x 36", has a gross loading capacity of 1600 kg, with a vacuum level of ≥7.7 KPa and a cycle time of 40 ± 3 minutes.
Operating in a vacuum-sealed, depressurized system, the heated cleaning solvent never comes into direct contact with the atmosphere.
It also features vacuum exhaust with depressurization and pre-cleaning using vaporized cleaning liquid.
